A job opportunity to work within an award winning Finance company with unparalleled customer service who support a large portfolio of clients in the wellbeing industry. As the company has grown there is an increasing need to bring a dedicated Account Executive onboard to support the day to day stakeholders in the business and internally the Directors who manage the senior level, forging relationships digitally and through weekly communication.

Working at this business you will be mainly remote with one day a week in the office so you must be experienced in account management and able to work in highly collaborative business that is both demanding and rewarding.

The overall purpose is to maximise the use of the offered solutions in healthcare customers in a B2B setting, duties will include;

  • The account management and development of existing clients
  • Supporting them to grow their business
  • Cultivating and growing long-lasting relationships with all clients
  • Maintain a plan of ongoing client training
  • Be the main point of contact for clients for all operational needs
  • Make sure that any issues are resolved in a timely and successful way
  • Ensure clients are aware of the sales and marketing support available to assist them and oversee delivery
  • Keep the Company’s CRM system updated with all commercial activity
  • Report regularly on progress with all clients, presenting sales data versus targets and progress on client action plans.

Experience

The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service with some years of account management experience. It would be desirable if you had a good understanding of wellbeing/healthcare or similar industry .

You will be confident, out-going, enthusiastic and well organised and someone, who is comfortable working independently and used to getting things done.

This is a hybrid role working from home with 1 / 2 days per week in the office in Cheshire, you will also be comfortable with travelling to make client visits as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Salary: £14.36-£15.38 per hour
