We’re on the lookout for a proactive Account Manager to join a growing team located within the Northwich/Winsford area. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, delivering outstanding service, and driving account growth through strong relationships and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a range of key accounts
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor performance and KPIs to ensure service excellence
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations

- Proven experience in an Account Manager role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercially minded with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
