Account Manager – Bromborough

Seeking a proactive and commercially minded Account Manager to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of existing clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and account queries
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and regular account reports
  • Monitor account performance and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an Account Manager, Client Relationship, or Sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Monday – Friday 8am -5pm

Salary £33,000 plus OTE up to £50,000k
