Account Manager – Bromborough
Seeking a proactive and commercially minded Account Manager to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of existing clients
- Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and account queries
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and regular account reports
- Monitor account performance and maintain accurate CRM records
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in an Account Manager, Client Relationship, or Sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Monday – Friday 8am -5pm
Salary £33,000 plus OTE up to £50,000k
