A specialised accountancy firm located in the Wilmslow area is actively seeking a full-time (flexible/reduced hours available) Accountant to join their small but friendly team. The company is extremely flexible with working hours, and offers a hybrid model.

The ideal candidate will be either qualified, QBE or towards the end of ACA/ACCA exams.

Duties

• Preparation of practice accounts
• Preparation of limited company accounts and corporation tax returns turnover ranging between £25k - £6m
• Preparation of partnership tax returns
• Preparation of annual accounts letters
• Being involved with queries from clients

Skills

• Experience within a Practice would be ideal
• Proficiency in accounting software, including Xero, IRIS, Quickbooks
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex financial information clearly.
