Accounts Payable Supervisor - 12-month contract

• Managing a team of 6 in a busy Stock accounts payable department
• Managing high volumes of work
• You will need SAP experience and be used to working with Excel and reporting
• Plan and manage workload of the department and team
• Carry out Weekly and Periodic reporting to include Age of Creditors, GRNI, balance sheet reconciliations
• Statement reconciliation review and manage aged outstanding queries
• Review KPI’s and SLAs to drive team efficiency
• Manage weekly BACS, Multi Currency Payment runs and ad hoc/same day payments
• Ensure documented processes are kept up to date
• Carry out team 1-2-1 meetings, set team objectives, ensure department goals are achieved

We are keen to hear from candidates with previous experience as an accounts payable supervisor, accounts payable team leader, purchase ledger supervisor etc

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00

Salary £25,000 plus excellent benefits
