Accounts Payable Supervisor - six-month FTC

• Managing a team of 4 in a busy environment
• Experience of SAP, Excel and reporting is required
• Plan and manage workload of the team
• Carry out Weekly and Periodic reporting including Age of Creditors, GRNI, balance sheet reconciliations
• Review of statement reconciliations and manage aged outstanding queries
• Review KPI’s and SLAs
• Manage weekly BACS, Multi Currency Payment runs and ad hoc/same day payments
• Team 1-2-1 meetings - setting objectives to ensure department goals are achieved

We are keen to hear from candidates with previous relevant experience as an accounts payable supervisor, accounts team leader, purchase ledger etc, and available to commit to a six month contract.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00

Salary is £25,000 plus excellent benefits
