Our client is a multi-site research organisation operating across a number of sites across the UK, they provide an innovate range of services and solutions to clients in the pharmaceutical industry. Due to growth they are now recruiting across a number of departments, one of these roles is for a ADMET Senior Scientist.

The Role

Responsibilities will range from performing a range of ADMET assays to managing a range of ADMET assays, including the design, execution, analysis, interpretation and high quality reporting. In addition, dependent on the level of experience, there will be opportunities to contribute to the expansion of our drug discovery services through the development & validation of new quality in vitro assays, adding value to our customer offering.  

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will be supporting the discovery process to deliver ADMET/DMPK assay results to a high standard. Therefore, they will be an effective communicator, able to build strong working relationships with their team and will also maintain up to date knowledge of the scientific field and emerging technologies.

Ideally the successful applicant will have a BSc in a life science topic or relevant ADMET/DMPK laboratory experience. They will need to have sound theoretical and practical understanding of in vitro life science assays and, depending on experience level, will also need LC-MS and mass spectrometry experience. Experience with tecan automation, cell cultures and aseptic techniques would be advantageous.
