Experienced Administrators with a background in supporting Account Managers are needed to support this national team, and their portfolio of customers. Providing admin support is a busy and pivotal role in the business as you will be preparing pricing information and all administrative support.
Day to day:
- Responsible for supporting both internal and external customers
- Provide administrative support to the national account sales team
- Updating, maintaining, and verifying customer pricing
- Organising customer samples and allocations
- Producing pricelists based on account information
- Analysis of spreadsheets and data.
As one of the main points of contact for internal and external customers, excellent communication skills are essential.
Experience in a fast moving team environment is essential, together with outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills. You will have proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage customer service issues effectively.
Experience in using Excel to an intermediate level is required.
