Our client, one of the leading specialists in the Automotive industry are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator. Working with a friendly team, supporting their workload and delivering excellent customer service to their clients.
Duties below:
- Handling inbound and outbound telephone queries from customers
- Producing reports to be sent daily, ensuring information is correct before presented to managers
- Daily invoicing to be completed on behalf of the sales team.
- Ensuring registrations have been completed for new or current clients
- Producing mail merges to be sent to customers and posting the letters.
- Support all team members with daily tasks.
- Monitoring and replying to emails.
The successful person will have:
- Dealing with customers' queries/issues over the telephone.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good MS Office skills especially MS Word and MS excel.
- The ability to work independently and use own initiative as well as working within a team.
- Organised and methodical.
- Able to present work in a timely manner and to a high standard.
- Able to represent the company professionally and responsibly.
This role is a temporary position, however may lead onto other opportunities depending on company requirements.
