This lovely family-run company based in Wilmslow is recruiting for an Office Administrator to join the team. The role will be to manage all office administration with some accounts work involved. The ideal person will be confident, trustworthy, and ideally local to the Wilmslow area. There is private parking with a guaranteed parking space.
Working Monday-Friday 35 hours per week and based in the office, the main purpose of the role will be to support the Directors and the Accounts team with all admin support, including meeting and greeting clients, managing office supplies, setting up new clients on the database, invoice processing and receipt reconciliation with addition accounting duties (training will be provided)
Getting the right person is the most important objective, the company is looking for someone who is confident and hardworking and enjoys working within a small close-knit team, you must have good IT skills and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors to the office, offer refreshments and ensure they are made to feel welcome.
- Answer incoming calls, communicate effectively with clients, and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Banking of cheques and withdrawal of petty cash
- Complete due diligence processes for both new clients and annual renewals
- Send out invoices using Quickbooks
- Manage the receipt, storage and return of clients’ records
- Receipt/invoice processing
