Administrator - Temporary to Permanent
Up to £12.00 per hour DOE
A well-established organisation with a small, dedicated team located in Lymm are seeking a talented individual to join a close-knit team in a temporary to permanent Administrative Assistant role.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to support a busy team. Initially, this role will start at 20-25 hours per week to allow for training, but it will transition to a full-time position (40 hours per week) after a few weeks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in various administrative tasks, including invoicing, correspondence, payroll assistance, and more. This is a varied role including general administrative duties, some basic accounts and credit control, duties to include:
- Processing approximately 180 invoices per month using Sage
- Chasing up outstanding invoices by letter and telephone
- Interacting with colleagues and service users with tact and sensitivity
- Typing letters and providing occasional personal assistant support to the Director, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail
- Assisting with payroll by inputting data into Excel spreadsheets
- Using Excel and SAGE for various administrative tasks
- Assisting the team with a variety of administrative duties as needed

- Administration experience

- Organised, accurate, and able to maintain confidentiality
- A strong work ethic and commitment to the role, including punctuality and reliability
- Willingness to collaborate and support team members
- Mature outlook and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy
- Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge is a must
- SAGE experience is a plus
