Administrator working for a Travel Company up to £24,000

This is a brand new position which is full time based in the office 5 days a week. As the Administrator of the Product Team, you will handle a variety of different tasks and duties ranging from communicating with hotels and understanding contracts to inputting information into the databases.

The ideal person will be confident in their own ability to multitask and be an extremely organised Administrator. You will ideally have some experience working within the travel industry but this is not essential!!


  • Uploading and maintaining the contract rates and costs for several hotels onto the databases
  • Making amendments to vendor contracts including any updates and offers
  • Monitoring the email inbox for the Product Team responding and sharing emails
  • Work alongside the Product Operations Manager to support ad-hoc duties.
  • Develop relationships with key contacts and be happy to attend supplier training and events


  • Previous administration experience is essential, the role will grow and develop over time so you need to be able to take on new responsibilities as and when
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Confident and efficient approach to working, able to pick this up quickly
  • Methodical and has the ability to prioritse
  • Excellent communication skills.
