Administrator - up to £24k

Monday-Thursday 8am - 4pm

Friday 8am-2 pm

Working for a positive and dedicated family run team based in the Trafford Prak area the role of Administrator will be working and supporting the needs of the business.

My client is looking for someone who has strong communication skills both verbal and written, a professional working ethic and someone who has a 1st class customer service approach.

Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 8am – 4pm and Friday 8am – 2pm.


  • Answer telephone calls and deal with emails from customers.
  • Managing the stock system by processing orders using the inhouse system and Sage
  • Handle queries regarding sales orders and deal with order queries.
  • Phoning customers to process payments.
  • Booking out goods with the courier and arranging collection
  • Dealing with face-to-face customers enquiring about making purchases
  • Handling and resolving any problems or complaints .


  • You will have excellent customer service experience and can handle issues quickly and professionally.
  • Good IT skills ideally have used Sage before
  • You will be personable and confident in your working ability.
  • Previous experience of dealing with orders and building relationships with customers
  • Efficient and quick to learn.
  • Loyal, trustworthy and reliable
  • Able to work as part of a team is also extremely important within this role.
