Administrator - £12.82 per hour

We have an immediate requirement for an experienced administrator to join a busy construction business in Warrington! This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between the company and clients.
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 0800-1630.
This is temp-to-perm role, the position will become permanent on successful completion of the probation period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing the email inbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Utilizing IT skills to navigate and manage various portals.
- Uploading and sharing documents to the portal for customer access.
- Communicating effectively with contractors and clients, to coordinate project details.
- Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
- Providing top-notch customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintaining and updating project files and records.
- Handling phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
Requirements:
- Proven administration experience, ideally in a similar industry.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in using job-related portals and software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
