Administrator - Glasgow £25,000
This industry-leading specialist, who are located in the Thornliebank area of Glasgow, are actively recruiting for an Administrator to join their small team. The role offers free parking and is a permanent 8:30am-5pm opportunity.
The company has been in operation for over 15 years and has locations across the UK. The role is a very stable position offering a fantastic working environment and is perfect for someone who has a solid Administration background with excellent IT skills. There will be some work on Excel using Spreadsheets and data so you must have experience of working on Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Responsibilities:
- 1st point of contact for all telephone and email inquiries, including dealing with problems of bookings
- Making phone calls to housing tenants to organise engineer visits, booking appointments using the online diary system
- Administration for the set-up of new jobs on the CRM database, data entry and checking of details
- Entering data and information onto Excel Spreadsheets
- Managing and processing information through online client portals
- Updating trackers and spreadsheets with updates and changes
- Confirming prices and rates with clients and engineers
Ideal Candidate:
- Confident and hardworking attitude
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel
- Strong administration skills, ability to manage processes and procedures
