Administrator
£12.64 per hour
Working for a fantastic company in the centre of Liverpool we are looking for an experienced Administrator with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
This role is to start immediately and will be temporary for six months
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Process paperwork and administration for customers via email, phone and letter
- Meet productivity and quality targets
- Ensure quality control is maintained and that all processes are followed
- Operate in a customer focused environment
- Process customer payment requests
- Process existing customer change of details request
- Process invoices
We are keen to hear from candidates with the following:
- Previous experience in an administrative environment
- Excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills
- Professional telephone manner and enjoys communication with customers
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment to deadlines
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
£12.64 per hour
