£12.64 per hour

Working for a fantastic company in the centre of Liverpool we are looking for an experienced Administrator with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

This role is to start immediately and will be temporary for six months

The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Process paperwork and administration for customers via email, phone and letter
  • Meet productivity and quality targets
  • Ensure quality control is maintained and that all processes are followed
  • Operate in a customer focused environment
  • Process customer payment requests
  • Process existing customer change of details request
  • Process invoices

We are keen to hear from candidates with the following:

  • Previous experience in an administrative environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills
  • Professional telephone manner and enjoys communication with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment to deadlines

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

£12.64 per hour
