Administrator TEMP TO PERM ROLE
£12.50 per hour
Working as part of a small, friendly team in a manufacturing environment, we are looking for an experienced administrator for a temporary to permanent opportunity.
Duties to include:
- Resolving customer/supplier issues
- Liaising with the Production Manager to prioritise customer demand
- Producing job cards
- Maintaining accurate stock records
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues
- Performing contract review process and communicate with suppliers/customers
- Greeting and checking in visitors
- Answering calls
- Arranging deliveries
- Managing stationery and PPE
To be considered for this role we are looking for the following:
- Experienced administrator
- Knowledge of working in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred
- Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount
- Good communicator with a confident and courteous manner
- Customer focused
- PC literate and competent in all MS applications, i.e., Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with using internal SAP, MRP processes preferred
Hours Monday to Thursday 9-5. Fri 7am – 3pm.
This is a temp to perm opportunity to start ASAP
