A leading firm within the construction industry are currently looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join their Commercial Team at their North Region office based in Altrincham. The role has come back due to an increase in workloads, initially a temporary contract but with long term/permanent opportunities.
Supporting multiple departments, you will be responsible for all administrative functions surrounding sub-contractors. Duties will focus on ensuring all relevant compliance is completed for new site staff as well as completion of weekly invoices and timesheets. You will also be responsible for working alongside the accounts department to input orders and payments.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to diversify your administrative skill set and develop new skills. Experience of MS Office in particular Excel is a must however you will gain the opportunity to learn new packages including COINS (if you already have this then the client will be very interested!)
