A prominent business within the heart of Warrington is currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join and support their sales team. Initially a temporary contract to cover long-term absence, you will be working within a small but busy and friendly team.
Reporting directly to the Business Manager you will oversee all necessary administration to ensure the confirmation of orders through to manufacturing and production. You will process paperwork for Purchasing and support Export teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate orders to be sent though to production plants
- Record activity levels and generate necessary reports
- Liaise with third parties, ensuring up to date information is maintained at all times
- Support the Export Administrator where necessary
This is just a snapshot of the duties you will be involved in and there are opportunities for the role to develop.
Experience within a manufacturing environment is not essential however you must have a strong administrative background as well as being competent with MS Excel and Office.
You must be immediately available and able to commit to a minimum of 2 months. Strong public transport links as well as free parking.
