My client, a vibrant and well-presented specialist financial firm based in Knutsford are currently expanding their administrative and customer support teams.  This is a great opportunity if you’re an experienced Administrator looking to build a career with company that has a great reputation for the services they provide, both to their employees and customers alike.

Initially a temporary contract, as the successful Administrator you will have the opportunity to move onto a permanent role after 6 months.  You will be working within a very busy and fast-paced team and will be the first person that many clients speak with, effectively being the face of the brand.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for clients, addressing any queries they have
  • Making welcome calls to new clients, running through information packs and ensuring they have all necessary documentation
  • Responding to  emails
  • Qualifying client’s requirements for financial advice
  • Database management including compliance to ensure all information meets financial regulations.

Previous experience within pensions, banking or the financial sector is highly desirable and previous administrative experience is essential.  You must be able to use MS Office (Word and Excel) to a high degree.

The company is based on one of Knutsford’s most well-known business parks and has excellent facilities around it.  Public transport is limited but free parking is just one of bonuses provided.
