This exciting new position is working for one of our most valued clients located in the Cheadle area. The role of Administrator is a permanent role working flexible hours of 8:30-5pm, you will be the main point of contact for all administration duties as well as managing all issues and logging new information onto the system.

The role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis - flexibility is available for the right candidate. 

You will ideally have come from a fast-paced working environment with a solid background in administration work.   

Experienced using Microsoft Office, you will be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Word and be willing to learn on the role although training will be provided. 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • All administration work for booking new projects and appointments onto the CRM system
  • Liaising and communicating with clients on a daily basis via email and telephone
  • Making sure all appointments and bookings are scheduled into the CRM diary accurately
  • Answering emails and calls resolving any issues
  • Logging information into Excel Spreadsheets

 Skills required:

  • Strong administration experience
  • String Microsoft Office experience - comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Ability to learn on the job with training and support
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
