We are currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive Area Sales looking for an excellent base salary of 30-40k with uncapped bonus. Candidates will be joining an expanding team and play a huge part in their success. This position primarily covers the Greater Manchester region and requires a dedicated individual who can take charge of the full sales cycle, from prospecting new leads to closing deals with clients.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the construction, building supplies, housing developments, or waste products industry in the Greater Manchester area.
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct regular client visits and presentations to showcase our products/services and negotiate terms.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction, building supplies, housing developments, or waste products industry.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
