A prestigious and forward-thinking organisation are looking to recruit a Business Administrator with excellent Customer Service skills to support the Office Manager and Sales team, this role is extremely varied and will touch on all areas of the business. Situated close to Handforth Railway Station and you will be working in a brand-new refurbished office that includes state of the art break out room.

More essential than experience in duties below, the successful candidate must be:

  • A positive and helpful person with a great working attitude.
  • Organized and proactive.
  • Able to work well and enjoy working under pressure.
  • Confident and comfortable dealing with challenging people.

Duties:

  • Point of contact for any employee and client queries
  • Assisting the sales team with admin requests
  • Overseeing HR tasks such as holidays, sickness and new starters
  • Creating weekly reports for incentives and KPIs
  • Setting an outstanding example in terms of customer service and customer care.
  • Payroll administration
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Effectively maintain and update our employee database
  • Dealing with day to day ad hoc office duties
  • Show patience when dealing with customer conflicts and challenges.
  • Sending all payslips to employees in agreed format
  • Take a proactive approach to chase existing employee’s timesheets
  • Assist the Payroll team and other colleagues with various projects
  • Prepared to take on additional responsibilities in our rapidly expanding organisation

Hours Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm (1 hours lunch) + Lots of Benefits
