Business Development Exec – field & office based

The Role:
- Drive Sales: Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet sales targets and grow the customer base.
- Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients across various industries, understanding their security needs.
- Tailored Solutions: Conduct needs assessments, deliver expert advice, and present customised security solutions.
- Close Deals: Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
- Project Integration: Collaborate with our project integration team to ensure seamless implementation of security solutions.
- Customer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering ongoing support and identifying upselling opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the security solutions industry.
- Strong background in project lead integration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Monday – Thursday 9-5pm Friday 9-4pm
Salary £50,000 plus commission.
