Business Development Exec – field & office based

Are you a solution-driven business developer that is well versed in selling full-service solutions, including the coordination and costings from different internal stakeholders. You have the opportunity to join a well-established business with outstanding service and be part of a leading team in the security solutions sector.  You will need experience of high-level and complex sales to be successful as this company is at the forefront of delivering advanced security solutions to businesses. Cutting-edge technology and exceptional service have made this client a trusted name in the industry.  This opportunity will be focused on driving the growth of the business through calling and visiting clients.

The Role:

  • Drive Sales: Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet sales targets and grow the customer base.
  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients across various industries, understanding their security needs.
  • Tailored Solutions: Conduct needs assessments, deliver expert advice, and present customised security solutions.
  • Close Deals: Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
  • Project Integration: Collaborate with our project integration team to ensure seamless implementation of security solutions.
  • Customer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering ongoing support and identifying upselling opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the security solutions industry.
  • Strong background in project lead integration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

 

Monday – Thursday 9-5pm Friday 9-4pm

Salary £50,000 plus commission.

Company car, laptop, and mobile phone.
