Business Development Executive - Golborne

Business Development Executive to join a growing team!

In this exciting and varied role, you’ll be responsible for managing incoming orders, processing quotations, and ensuring customers receive a seamless and supportive experience from start to finish. You’ll also play a key part in identifying opportunities to upsell and introduce customers to products they may not yet know we offer, maximising the value of every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
  • Identify upselling opportunities and promote additional products/services
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Follow up on leads and proactively seek new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery

Ideal candidate

  • Proven experience in a sales, customer service or business development role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to order processing
  • Confident in upselling and introducing new products to customers
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow within the role
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • MUST have a driving license to visit customers monthly or every other month

 

Monday – Friday, full-time office-based

Salary up to £30,000 DOE
