Business Development Executive - Golborne
Business Development Executive to join a growing team!
In this exciting and varied role, you’ll be responsible for managing incoming orders, processing quotations, and ensuring customers receive a seamless and supportive experience from start to finish. You’ll also play a key part in identifying opportunities to upsell and introduce customers to products they may not yet know we offer, maximising the value of every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote additional products/services
- Develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Follow up on leads and proactively seek new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
Ideal candidate
- Proven experience in a sales, customer service or business development role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to order processing
- Confident in upselling and introducing new products to customers
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow within the role
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- MUST have a driving license to visit customers monthly or every other month
Monday – Friday, full-time office-based
Salary up to £30,000 DOE
