Business Development Executive - uncapped monthly commission + career progression

Whether you have a sales call centre background, or have worked within a customer service environment, the role offers you uncapped monthly commission with career progression to Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with customers by making outbound calls
  • Negotiate with new customers
  • Manage leads and sales opportunities.
  • Build relationships via phone and email
  • Provide excellent, professional and dedicated customer service.
  • Identify potential future business opportunities.
  • Engage and interact with other areas of the business in order to create the best solution for your customer.

Experience required

  • Experience within a customer service or telesales role
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Confident and friendly.
  • Experience working towards sales targets.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

This role is working 37.5 hours per week, 1 hour for lunch, Monday-Friday office-based in the Wilmslow area.
