Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with customers by making outbound calls
- Negotiate with new customers
- Manage leads and sales opportunities.
- Build relationships via phone and email
- Provide excellent, professional and dedicated customer service.
- Identify potential future business opportunities.
- Engage and interact with other areas of the business in order to create the best solution for your customer.
Experience required
- Experience within a customer service or telesales role
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Confident and friendly.
- Experience working towards sales targets.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
This role is working 37.5 hours per week, 1 hour for lunch, Monday-Friday office-based in the Wilmslow area.
