Business Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join a growing team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales order processing and excellent customer service by taking inbound and outbound calls, managing orders, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
· Inputting and processing customer orders using Sage 200.
· Liaising with the finance department to allocate payments to customer accounts accurately.
· Preparing quotes for customers and following up where necessary.
· Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and ensuring order accuracy.
· Problem-solving and resolving customer queries promptly and efficiently
The ideal candidate:
· Proven experience in a sales admin, customer service, or business support role.
· Hands-on experience with Sage 200, particularly in sales order processing.
· Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· A problem-solver with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Monday – Friday 9-5pm
Salary £25,000-£27,000 DOE
