Client Services & Operations Coordinator – Financial Services

Liverpool, Merseyside

Salary: £25,000 + Bonus

A leading provider of Financial Services is seeking a proactive and highly organised Client Services & Operations Coordinator to join their growing team. This role focuses on supporting public sector clients by coordinating the delivery of financial education seminars and maintaining strong client relationships.

About the Role

You will work closely with Corporate Account Managers to manage a portfolio of public sector clients, ensuring the smooth delivery of scheduled seminars. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing seminar logistics, scheduling Financial Coaches, maintaining CRM data, and providing excellent customer service to both corporate clients and individual delegates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver client seminar targets
  • Manage the scheduling and allocation of Financial Coach resources
  • Coordinate with corporate clients to gather relevant seminar information
  • Respond to delegate enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Ensure timely delivery of seminar materials and joining instructions
  • Maintain internal systems and CRM records with accurate, up-to-date information
  • Monitor feedback from Financial Coaches and action follow-ups where needed
  • Conduct regular audits of internal data systems
  • Generate reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders
  • Uphold and promote the organisation’s ethos, values, and customer-first approach

Requirements:

  • A strong track record of excellent customer service
  • Experience in a target-driven or sales-support environment
  • Knowledge of UK financial services and/or workplace financial education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
  • Confident working independently and making operational decisions
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
