Hiring a Financial Services Administration Team Leader for a growing wealth management / financial planning firm. Ideal for someone with experience in financial services, pensions, investments, and team leadership looking to step up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Wealth Management Administrators
• Manage workloads and ensure SLA delivery
• Oversee pensions, investments, and client administration
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations (file checks, QA)
• Improve processes and report on KPIs
• Liaise with providers and resolve complex queries

Requirements

• 2+ years in Wealth Management / Financial Planning / Financial Services
• Team leadership or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of pensions, investments, and FCA compliance
• Strong attention to detail and organisation

Desirable: Xplan or similar systems
