Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 + Bonus

Our client, a highly respected insurance brokerage, is seeking a Fleet Sales Executive to join their growing team. The Role:
As a Fleet Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in developing new business Mini Fleet, Motor Fleet, Goods in Transit and Liability products. You’ll be handling warm leads, building relationships, and securing business, while ensuring clients receive a first-class service.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound enquiries and warm leads for fleet quotations.
- Preparing and presenting quotes to prospective and existing clients.
- Liaising with insurers and product providers to source competitive cover.
- Managing documentation – proposals, policies, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
- Chasing outstanding premiums and documentation.
- Working to and achieving set sales and retention targets.
About You:
We’re looking for someone with:
- 2–3 years’ insurance broking experience (ideally with fleet, goods in transit, or liability products).
- If you have experience within Commercial property, I would be interested be to hear from you.
- A strong sales focus with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Solid organisational ability with attention to detail.
