Location: Liverpool | Salary: £28,000 – £33,000
An established financial services organisation in Liverpool is looking for a Complaint Specialist to manage sensitive complaints and escalations from internal and external stakeholders. This key role ensures issues are handled confidentially, professionally, and in line with regulatory requirements, while providing crucial support to senior management.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage complaints from start to resolution, escalating serious issues appropriately.
- Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and due diligence processes.
- Produce regular reports on complaints, trends, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with FCA rules and handle data subject access requests.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in complaint handling or dispute resolution within financial services.
- Strong communication, analytical, and investigative skills.
- Ability to work within structured governance and prioritise effectively.
