Compliance & Onboarding Analyst

Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance & Onboarding Analyst to join a growing financial services organisation. This role is ideal for someone with experience in compliance, onboarding, AML, or financial services operations who is looking to develop their career within a regulated environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the onboarding of new business partners, ensuring all due diligence and compliance checks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting KYB, AML, sanctions, and due diligence checks.
• Managing the end-to-end onboarding process.
• Reviewing documentation, websites, and marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
• Maintaining accurate records and compliance reports.
• Supporting audits, compliance monitoring, and process improvements.
• Acting as a key point of contact for onboarding and compliance queries.

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience within a regulated environment.
• Previous experience in compliance, onboarding, operations, or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of AML, KYB, FCA regulations, or financial crime processes would be advantageous.
