Seeking a Compliance and Quality Administrator to join a lovely, friendly team. This is a key role supporting the business in maintaining compliance standards, managing quality systems, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date data across the organisation. This role would suit someone who thrives in a detail-focused environment and enjoys playing a vital role in maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain compliance checklists, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready

· Ensure all documentation is kept up to date for company audits

· Ensure all elements of the compliance and non-conformance systems are implemented and maintained

· Provide input into the development and continuous improvement of QC and compliance/non-conformance systems

· Assist with external audits required by customers and certification bodies

· Analyse compliance data and produce reports as required

· Provide general administrative support across the office, covering a broad range of administrative duties

The Ideal Candidate

· The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

· Proven experience in quality, compliance, and data analysis

· Experience producing audit reports and supporting internal and external audits

· Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems

· Strong Excel skills (used daily to maintain and analyse compliance data)

· High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

· Strong administrative background with a quality/compliance focus

· Confident using Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management

Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Salary £26,000-£32,000
