Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + Bonus

A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced Financial Service Compliance reviewer to join their Compliance team. This role combines hands-on file reviews with broader compliance responsibilities, offering career progression and professional development support.

Key Duties:

• Review pension, investment & protection files (pre- & post-sale).
• Provide clear reports and track remedial actions.
• Support compliance with policy updates, MI, and audits.
• Maintain T&C records and competency assessments.

What You’ll Need:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Experience in compliance, file review or QA.
• Strong FCA knowledge and attention to detail.
