Conveyancing Solicitor

Opportunity to join a well-established national law firm, currently going through ambitious expansion plans.

You will be a highly motivated Conveyancing Solicitor, ideally at least 2 years PQE, with lots of experience in residential conveyancing work. Ideal for those looking for the next step in their career.

You will be working within a team of private client personnel and be responsible for own caseload including; new builds, freehold, leasehold, sales & purchases transactions from instruction through to completion.

It will be a distinct advantage if you are able to demonstrate experience in the following:

  • Handling caseloads relating to residential conveyancing transactions
  • Dealing with Purchase, Transfer, Re Mortgage and Sale transactions
  • Liaison with clients, estate agents, commercial agents, mortgage lenders and Solicitors
  • Be able to generate your own referrals in order to create your own client base and generate further work for the firm
  • Excellent communication, client care and organisational skills required

Salary up to £55,000.
