Widely known Financial Services organisation that specialises in Financial Planning and comprehensive corporate benefits solutions, dedicated to helping businesses enhance their employee offerings and improve overall workplace satisfaction.

Position Overview:

Your office base will be the Liverpool office. This role is hybrid working from home & office.

Seeking a Corporate Benefits Consultant who will specialise in Defined Contribution Pensions.

As a Corporate Benefits Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding your clients who will be organisations through the process of developing and optimising their employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to discuss their Defined Contribution Pension offerings and understand their organisation.
  • Deliver seminars to organisations and promote the defined contribution pension schemes.
  • Design, propose, and implement customised corporate benefits solutions that cater to each client's unique needs and budget.
  • Conduct thorough market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Advise clients on compliance with relevant regulations and standards, ensuring benefits programs adhere to legal requirements.
  • Assist clients in communicating benefits packages to their employees effectively, promoting engagement and understanding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor the performance and impact of benefits programs, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Benefits Consultant, Broker Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Defined Contribution Pensions.
  • Ideally working towards the Diploma in Financial Planning but not essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards related to benefits.
  • Experience and track record of working within Financial Planning or working within Financial Services Provider.
