Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with file handlers to coordinate and manage case loads.
- Engage in proactive communication with insurance companies to secure agreed-upon payments.
- Approximately 70% of your day will be spent on the phone, with the remaining time dedicated to efficient system updates.
- Data input and administrative tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in credit control and case management.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with insurance companies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
- Proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
Position Details:
- Up to £24,000 per annum DOE
- Monday to Friday 9 am – 5:30 pm - EARLY FRIDAY FINISH!!
