We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing and successful business in Wilmslow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service, solving problems and being part of a supportive, energetic team.

You'll support customers through a mixture of telephone, email and digital communication channels, taking ownership of queries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from people who can demonstrate:

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A positive, proactive approach to work
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems
• The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Experience gained in hospitality, retail, contact centres, travel, financial services, administration, complaints handling or other busy customer-focused environments would be highly relevant.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm (Friday start times vary)
