We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our client's business.  They are looking for an experienced Account Manager who is skills in both customer queries and providing quotes through to placing the orders and feeding back to the customers.  This position is to assist and manage the ever expanding customer portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking day to day sales queries and orders on the phone, whilst managing their own portfolio of customer’s specific needs, all designed to give the best service to the customers starting at the point of order. 
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls to process customer orders.
• Making a small number of outbound calls to follow up customer queries promptly.
• Process sales orders to ensure they are booked out efficiently for the customer.
• Manage existing key accounts effectively, involving outbound calls daily.
• Develop strong relations with field sales in order to ensure customer matters are dealt with and followed up consistently.

As a candidate you will need experience for this role as well as the following skills:

• The ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.
• Good IT skills
• Previous account management experience.

*Working hours would between 8:00 – 18:00 on a shift basis, Monday to Friday and 8:45 – 13:00 on alternate Saturdays.
