Located in the Wilmslow area, this excellent company that offers free parking are looking for a Customer Administrator to work within the admin support department. Your role will be to deal with all telephone calls, respond to all emails, and to manage all administration for quotations. You will ideally have come from a customer service/ office admin background and be comfortable and happy dealing with a mix of customer calls and administration duties.

Responsibilities:
- Dealing with inbound telephone queries.
- Daily invoicing to be completed for the sales team.
- Registration of new keeper details for V5 documents.
- Registration of warranty products for customers.
- Producing mail merges to be sent to customers and posting the letters.
- Support all team members with daily tasks.
- Monitoring and replying to emails.
Ideal candidate:
- Experience of administration/customer service roles
- Accurate data entry, good attention to detail
- Organised with great time management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, confident in liaising with customers on the phone.
- PC literate, with familiarity of Microsoft products including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
