£20,565 increasing to £22,900 + ANNUAL BONUS

This amazing business is now recruiting for a new person to join its Customer Order Processing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing and progressing customer orders and will play a part in the activities of the Customer Service Team. Experience-wise you will have come from an order-placing / customer service background and have excellent communication skills. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a permanent role in Macclesfield, close to public transport links working within a newly refurbished and prestigious Head Office with private parking. Progression available and a great place to work. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customer orders and inquiries over the phone and email
  • Liaising with internal and external customers regarding sales orders and delivery
  • Checking stock availability
  • General administration duties
  • Processing orders for replacement products 

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, a confident telephone manner, good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential.

Hours: Monday - Friday - early finish on a Friday - no weekends or evening work.
