Customer Sales Administrator

£21400 increasing to £23765 + yearly bonus and excellent benefits

The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing and progressing customer orders and will play a part in the activities of the Customer Service Team. Experience wise you will have come from a customer service background, from working in retail to taking orders over the telephone you must be confident, helpful, and proactive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a permanent role in Macclesfield, close to public transport links working within a newly refurbished and prestigious Head Office with private parking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customer orders and inquiries over the phone and email
  • Liaising with internal and external customers regarding sales orders and delivery
  • Checking stock availability
  • Handle customer complaints
  • General administration duties

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, a confident telephone manner, good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential.

Hours: Monday - Friday - no weekends or evening work.
