Customer Order Coordinator £25,000 + Yearly Bonus
This fantastic company based in the Adlington area is looking for a personable, switched on and outgoing candidate who has good customer service and administration experience. Combine your excellent customer service advisor skills with your administration experience for this varied role where no two days are the same. Working for a successful International business with a great work culture as part of a small friendly team. You will need excellent attention to detail for this position as well as communication.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer order updates and issues
- Building strong working relationship with customers
- Proactively manage quotes, orders, shipments and delivery deadlines
- Deal with and resolve any issues
- Update the company database with order updates and amendments
To be successful you will:
- Demonstrate a customer-centric attitude, be able to listen and act accordingly
- Naturally possess meticulous attention to detail
- Have relevant experience within a sales admin/ customer service or account manager role
- Be an excellent communicator with great IT skills
