Customer Order Coordinator £25,000 + Yearly Bonus

This fantastic company based in the Adlington area is looking for a personable, switched on and outgoing candidate who has good customer service and administration experience. With excellent benefits including private health care and 26 days holiday + bank holidays, this opportunity would suit someone who is looking for a stable and long-standing position.

Combine your excellent customer service advisor skills with your administration experience for this varied role where no two days are the same. Working for a successful International business with a great work culture as part of a small friendly team. You will need excellent attention to detail for this position as well as communication.


  • Dealing with customer order updates and issues
  • Building strong working relationship with customers
  • Proactively manage quotes, orders, shipments and delivery deadlines
  • Deal with and resolve any issues
  • Update the company database with order updates and amendments

To be successful you will:

  • Demonstrate a customer-centric attitude, be able to listen and act accordingly
  • Naturally possess meticulous attention to detail
  • Have relevant experience within a sales admin/ customer service or account manager role
  • Be an excellent communicator with great IT skills
