Customer Sales Administrator

We are seeking a talented Customer Sales Administrator to join the team. The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to take a step up in their career as this position has the potential to develop in a Customer Service Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Case Management
• Act as the first and main point of contact for new and existing customer enquiries
• Manage a varied caseload of post-sales enquiries and complaints from start to finish
• Use the CRM system to accurately log, track, and resolve cases
• Handle complex and technical aftercare queries, ensuring fair and balanced outcomes
Supplier & Internal Liaison
• Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to investigate issues
• Arrange replacements, parts, and product claims where necessary
• Accurately place replacement orders and update internal systems (Sage / Magento)
Continuous Improvement
• Identify recurring issues and feed insight back to management and other departments
• Contribute to improving processes, communication, and the overall customer
experience
Team & Supervisor Development (Progressive Responsibility)
• As the team grows, support and mentor new starters
• Assist with onboarding and training
• Potential involvement in the recruitment process, including interviewing and selection
• Progress into supervising the customer service function and setting service standards
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication
- Customer service skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Experience working on CRM system
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
