Are you looking to work in a Customer Service role within a business that offers essential services, has a really friendly atmosphere and can offer home working after an initial training period.  This role may have permanent opportunities in the future.  Monday to Friday 8.45 start but some flexibility can be offered.  Candidates must live in the surrounding area to Wilmslow though in case office days are needed or the roles goes permanent.

This position will be based remotely for the initial period so candidates must have a quiet place they can work from at home.

The role itself:

• Talking to customers who have taken out plans/subscriptions
• Answering any queries 
• Changes to details

Its essential for this role that candidates are wanting to work in a true customer focussed environment as it may be a difficult time for the customers empathy is needed and you need the patience to help and be someone who wants to help and will follow up to ensure everything is correct. 

£9.70 per hour

Experience in customer service, phone based is essential.
