Highly motivated Customer Service Advisor required!

Working as part of a busy team you will deal with enquiries and complaints via email and some telephone work from new home owners. Dealing with and arranging requests for visits and remedial work.

The successful candidate needs customer service experience within house building, be immediately available and will commit to a long term assignment. An excellent telephone manner, ability to work under pressure and excellent keyboard skills are required. 

Hourly rate £10.76 per hour

Monday -Friday

Full time hours
