Customer Support Specialist
Working as part of a busy team within Customer Accounts, this is a busy position that is focussed on the business customers and their orders. As part of the Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for ensuring a good customer journey including answering any queries or discussing any changes to the dispatch date. The other part of this role is the analysis of the customer data, recording the key facts on excel and working within the Pivot table to keep the details updated.
Day to day your duties would be:
· Taking inbound calls
· Talking to business customers about the best products
· Processing the orders
· Speaking worldwide to suppliers to get delivery and stock information
· Providing quotes
· Communication to the customer on delivery times
· Any queries
. Working within Excel
· Working with suppliers on stock levels, capacity and monthly reports for all
The ideal candidate would have a good level of experience working within a customer service position or an order/account processing role where you dealt with the full cycle. Experience in excel to an advanced level is essential.
