This amazing family-run business is now recruiting for a new person to join its Customer Service Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing and progressing customer orders and will play a part in the activities of the Customer Service Team. Experience-wise you will have come from a customer service background, from working in retail to taking orders over the telephone you must be confident, helpful, and proactive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a permanent role in Macclesfield, close to public transport links working within a newly refurbished and prestigious Head Office with private parking.
- Deal with customer orders and inquiries over the phone and email
- Liaising with internal and external customers regarding sales orders and delivery
- Checking stock availability
- Handle customer complaints
- General administration duties
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, a confident telephone manner, good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
Hours: Monday - Friday - no weekends or evening work.
