Working as part of a small, friendly, and busy team, you will carry out a variety of customer service and administrative duties to assist the team including:
- Processing credit applications/payments to clients
- Customer resolutions
- Inbound/outbound calls
- General office administration
- Inputting various data to in-house system
- Dealing with email enquiries
This role will suit candidates who enjoy being on the telephone. You are not selling anything, but making a large number of calls to customers. So you must be comfortable with this type of position.
Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy, maintaining confidentiality always.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
