Customer Service Advisor

We currently have positions available within a Financial Services business.  The position we are looking to recruit for is Customer Service role with an important administration function, ideally with a background in financial services.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and resolving inbound queries
  • Processing payments
  • Providing settlement statements
  • Processing logging all customer contact
  • General account maintenance
  • Ensuring all administration is dealt with efficiently

Although this role is telephone based in a customer service focussed business there is a lot of administration involved in the position as everything needs logging and the customer debt files kept up to date.  To be considered for this position you will need to pass a credit check and DBS.

Successful candidates need customer service experience, preference given to applicants who have worked in Financial Services, have worked to FSA regulations or worked in highly regulated environments.

Hours and days working: Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm

Salary: £18,000
